The solution you need for a cleaner, healthier attic space!
Is this service for you?
- Have pests invaded your attic?

If so, then it's time to give your attic the makeover it deserves!
Service Phases
PHASE 1: INSULATION REMOVAL
- Utilize powerful 35 HP vacuum to vacuum existing insulation from all accessible attic areas.
- Insulation is captured dust-free in large cloth vacuum bags located in trailers parked outside and disposed of in a landfill.
- Remove accessible fiberglass batts by hand, tying them in large plastic bags for disposal in a landfill.
- For heavy debris, an additional charge may apply for hand-cleaning insulation before vacuuming.
- For infestations, removal of wood decking may be necessary for thorough cleanup, with an additional charge based on size and whether the deck needs reinstallation.
PHASE 2: SANITIZATION & ATTIC PREPARATION
- Thoroughly apply scented sanitizing solution throughout the attic space to neutralize and eliminate animal pheromones and unpleasant odors.
- Install rulers and baffles as needed.
- Seal all accessible wire and pipe penetrations, gaps, voids, and top plates in the attic floor using Pestblock expanding foam.
- Seal around bath exhaust fans, electrical junction boxes, and AC/Heat ceiling vents.
- Wrap any hot flue pipes with Rockwool to protect insulation from heat (required by law).
- Install a 6-foot length of flexible duct on any unvented exhaust fan.
- Seal chases and bypasses in the ceiling using Reflectix (foil-faced bubble wrap).
- Construct a retaining wall for exterior chimneys using Reflectix and Rockwool.
- Install protective fire-retardant Tophats on recessed light fixtures, if not LED ($30 each, added to invoice).
- Install your Attic Card.
PHASE 3: INSTALLATION OF ALL-BORATE CELLULOSE INSULATION
- Install comprehensive coverage of all-borate cellulose insulation throughout attic areas:
- Clean the condensation pan of any AC units in the attic.
- If plywood decking is present in the attic:
- Backfill and dense-pack insulation underneath the wood to create a comprehensive thermal barrier.
- Clean insulation from the plywood decking.
